Delivery Timing
When will my orders be shipped?
After the order has been placed and the payment has been received before 3.30 PM, we ship the item/s immediately. We are working hard to send your order to our logistics partner and deliver within the day. We may also have them pick up your order from the warehouse for shipping. Any orders placed after 3.30 PM will be processed on the next business day. Business Days are any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, or any day which is a legal Government holiday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The transportation period for most orders is 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that this does not include the time it takes to complete your order. Furthermore, delivery dates are subject to change owing to carrier restrictions or weather circumstances. Orders especially ‘bulky orders’ are delivered by our van within Nairobi and its environment
Medilink work with trusted courier services like G4s and Wells Fargo for shipment out of town.

Frequently Asked Questions
The cost of shipping is determined by the shipment location as well as the number of items ordered.
The size, weight, and number of products in an order are used to calculate shipping costs. Shipping fees will apply to larger products and additional items.
We do not offer the service of shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place the orders separately.
