A. YES! We only sell genuine brand new products. We do NOT sell used, refurbished, remanufactured, or counterfeit products. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact us.

A. YES! We, (Medilink Lab and Surgicals Ltd.) are official authorized distributors and manufacturers’ representative of various products. We are partners with IMV Technologies- France, Global leaders in Artificial Insemination and Embryo Transfer.
Medilink are also partners with CEVA Sante Animale, France,leaders in animal reproductive hormones.
We are also sole distributors for KRAIBURG, Germany for cow comfort mattresses and we represent many other manufacturers.
Q. What is your return policy ?
A. We have a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for a prompt and courteous exchange as long as the products are still in resalable condition within 14 days.

We’ll send you a replacement immediately, making an effort to establish the correct item for your use.
